Starmyu Season 2 Anniversary

Anime/manga anniversaries are really good ‘excuses’ to have a little celebration (not counting character birthdays that is… ^-^). In April, there are a lot of anniversaries back to back amongst my personal favourites. (Literally from the 3rd to the 7th there are anniversaries back to back and some even are on the same day!) I won’t be covering all of them here this year, but I thought I’d include a couple of ideas for a few of them at least – three to be precise.

This first one is for Starmyu Season 2 which first aired on 03 April 2017; so this year is its 5th

anniversary! So, let’s start getting ready for the Starmyu Season 2 anniversary!

Décor:

• Cast picture.

• ‘Happy Anniversary’ sign.

• Team logo standees.

Potentially, a good place to set these up would be on a table beside your TV or on your desk beside your computer or wherever you’re planning to watch the episodes. (Click here to go to the download page to download the printables - see above for the 'instructions'. ^-^)

Food:

• Ancients’ Drink and Snack.

• Team Yuzuriha’s Flower Cupcakes.

• Team Sazanami’s Sweet Onigiri.

Each of these menu items was inspired by the ‘new additions’ to the cast of Starmyu for season 2.

The Ancients’ drink and snack is fizzy apple juice with a side of jelly beans which was inspired by the edamame and beer the Ancients have in S02E02. (If you’d prefer to copy Saotome-san, have a glass of red grape juice instead of the fizzy apple juice.)

Team Yuzuriha’s cupcakes were inspired by the flower motif used to represent Ageha’s desire to perform like Haruto (and, later, as himself). Though, seeing as I don’t have a petal piping tip yet, I used a star tip to make a hydrangea styled cupcake.

Finally, Team Sazanami’s sweet onigiri was inspired by the onigiri Kitahara makes for Kuga in S02E10.

Activities:

• Watch Season 2 Episode 1 (at least) or as many episodes as you wish/have time for.

• Inspired outfit.
